A  screened lanai around the large 15x30 foot pool (heating optional) stops all the  unwanted insects flying around, while comfortable patio furniture including 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs,(extras in garage), 2 reclining chairs with footstools, 1 large patio table (seats 8) & 1 small patio table allows you to  have breakfast alfresco  and soak up the early morning sun, in a word -   heaven.

Pool and outside lighting also gives you the added  bonus of those late night swims.  The pool has varying depths, has steps leading into the shallow end and a seating ledge in the deep end.

The pool bathroom comprises of a single vanity unit, storage area, toilet, pool bath with shower and linen cupboard. There is direct access from the bathroom to the pool area.

En-suite facilities include a corner bath, a double width shower, two vanity units and a range of soft  and fluffy face, hand and bath towels.
