The lounge is approximately 15'1" x 18'7" in size with large sliding patio doors leading out onto the covered patio/screened pool  area. A  comfortable three seater settee  & two double seats furnish this room along with three end tables & a coffee table. Cable T.V., DVD player, ceiling fan & a  new hi-fi system are also located in this area should you choose to relax from  those busy days at the theme parks.

Leading from the lounge is the sunroom with matching furniture. It  includes extra seating & a ceiling fan. This room is open plan to the lounge & kitchen for easy access.

 

There is also a computer found in this room. Operating system is Windows XP and has free unlimited broadband internet access, MSN and CD/RW.Software. Also included is Autoroute USA, Easy CD Creator &, Nero 5. Don’t forget to take you digital camera software & lead enabaling you to download your pictures on to CD which must be formated using the above software.

Our villa boasts an open plan Kitchen/dining area. It is a fully equipped kitchen which includes the  following facilities: Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, electric can opener, microwave, cooker, enormous fridge freezer, dishwasher & full  range of cooking utensils. There is an ample range of cutlery & plates for the dining area, also plastic ware for the pool area. 

In the laundry area you will find a large washing  machine & tumble dryer which is provided for your use (washing powder  required), iron, ironing board, fire extinguisher & first aid box. There is also a cooler box for any picnics that you may wish to  have down at the beach.
